What on earth is "The Grinner Boy"?

Underneath a sign depicting a Glitterboy's head, with an exaggerated smile on it, the Grinner Boy is a favorite bar of adventurers and mercenaries in New Seattle. Owned by a man simply known as Williard, nearly any drink imaginable seems to be available including mega-swish products. (Served with warnings to anyone. New Seattle paramedics pull at least one idiot, who thought he could take it, a month out in a body bag.)
