What is PICL?  
PICL is an attempt to create the kind of massive PBeM with a Role-playing atmosphere similar to those found in many live action role playing games, and many chat rooms, with lots of character interaction, and little combat.
How well has it worked? Fair to middling. But after 10 months we're still going strong with 24 members, half of them active and regular participants. Want to get into the fun? Use the subscribe box at the bottom of the page, or E-mail me at Ntrophy@netzero.net
